KDDB is actively involved in execution of civil structural construction works right from foundation stage to the completion stage which includes erection of formwork, steelwork, concreting. Our work for Structural Construction includes Foundations, Substructures and Super Structures.
Additionally, we specialize in casting and erecting various types of precast elements, including wall and slab panels, beams, staircases, lintels, manholes, and more.
- Earth works & Road Works
KDDB have years of experience in the earthworks industry to provide quality services in earthworks, demolitions, crushing and screening.
We have completed numerous contracts with various reputable companies in the region. We have our own fleet of heavy machinery and equipment for earthworks ranging from 1 to 100 ton like Excavators, Wheel Loaders, Dump Trucks, Trailers, Cranes and Dewatering Systems etc. We are experienced in sheet pilling, trench sheeting and its frame works up to 15 meters depth.
- Wastewater Treatment Units (sewerage treatment plant)
KDDB designs, assembles and install one of the most efficient wastewater treatment solutions. We assemble the new generation Deep Biological Treatment Plants which based on ARS (aero-rhythmic system) technology. The solutions we provide are reliable, efficient, cost effective and easy to maintain.
About the ARS technology
The ARS technology (aero-rhythmic systems) continuously receives and processes wastewater, with the alternate sequencing of aeration channel between the inlet tank and aero tank. The advanced system of circulation and recirculation of return activated sludge between the aeration tanks has resulted in the elimination of primary anaerobic settling tank for pre-treatment process. This technology has reduced the total volumes of tanks that are used in the process and accelerated the oxidation of difficult-contamination of household chemicals Distinctive features.
