Senior Accountant 1
  • To compile, develop and implement management reports including; bank facilities, receivables and payables, etc.
  • To supervise and coordinate teams to track and verify financial activities.
  • To manage confidentiality with regards to employee and Company project sensitive issues and information.
  • To confirm and verify all accountant’s reports, payments and receivables.
  • To guide, supervise and train the team of Accountants.
  • To assist in preparation of annual budgets and related analysis.
  • To assist in the month end account closing activities
  • Ensure business transactions are reported in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles
  • Work closely with team members to assist with the month-end close
  • Assist with the annual audit process including the draft of the financial statements and related notes
  • Research and analyze expense variances for company management

Qualification & Experience:

A Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Accountancy

Leadership Capability

Capable of delegating and getting work done through others

Communication Skills

Analysis and interpretation of data

Quality of work exposure to a wide range of accounting and team activities with accuracy attitude

Experience of 6 years

Local Purchaser 1

Main Responsibilities : 

To purchase project materials,
communicate with suppliers , prepare inquiry documents about commercial standards, BOQ’s and Drawings. 

Review vendors and supplier’s quotations to determine best price and deliver date.

Prepare & issue purchase orders in accordance with selected suppliers, price and technical specifications.

Qualifications & Experience :

·             Documentation regarding LC, other procedures, etc

·             Communication and computer Skills

·             Knowledge of Oil Field, industrial and maintenance

·             Experience in Customs clearance and transportation

·             A Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in any discipline

Driving License is a must

Cost Accountant 1

Main responsibilities:

·        Monitoring and reviewing cost allocating for all projects and departments .

·        Investigate differences between the project's estimated budget compared to actual costs

·        Register all prepaid expenses and prepare a summary with all deferred finance costs .

·        Implement the budget for all projects and departments to the ERP .

·        Register the monthly depreciation of fixed assets and controlling all additions and disposals if available .

·        Checking and reviewing petty cash records and entries for all projects and department to ensure that all the procedures prescribed by the company are implemented and all expenses are allocated properly .

·        Reviewing daily transaction and closeout of cash in safe in coordination with chief accountant .  

·        Preparing monthly project cost and budget analysis reports .

·        Checking and monitoring inventory movement registration .

·        Registering , booking , following-up and reconciling all loans and related interests from all banks with weekly reports to the chief accountant .

·       Preparing and reconciling accounts that are in his responsibility and prepare the monthly closing template coordinating with chief accountant

 

Experience:

·       Accounting & Cost Controller experience 4-5 years.

·       Preferable construction field.

Responsibilities & duties : 

1.      Review Tender Documents and Preparing Techno-commercial Clarifications.

2.      Attending Pre-tender Meetings & Site Surveys for understanding and investigating Scope & complexities.

3.      Reviewing project specifications, standards and drawings. Quantity take off, Preparation of Procurement schedule as per the construction activity plan.

4.      Floating Enquiries to vendors / sub-contractors for inviting quotations, preparing Price comparisons for the cost estimations and maintaining a directory of vendors, suppliers and sub-contractors.

5.      Preparing technical & commercial documents for bid submission and ensuring that bids are professional in presentation, delivered on time and in compliance with the specifications and procedures.

6.      To efficiently and effectively coordinate a multi-disciplinary group of Estimators throughout the tender phase.

7.      To communicate efficiently and effectively with both the Tendering Manager and the Corporate Department Manager as required to bring clarity to new proposals.

8.      To develop effective construction and manpower schedules for proposed projects in line with clients' requirements.

9.      To maintain up-to-date knowledge regarding the execution efficiency and difficulties faced by current Company projects for use in future tenders.

10.   To maintain up-to-date commercial knowledge of the local market including, tender results and competitor price levels.


Qualifications required : 

·        Bachelor of Engineering

Experience 

·            8 to 10 years in Multi-disciplinary Estimation Experience in Oil & Gas Pipelines & Plant Piping -mandatory
